PROJECT IDEA
Architectural and planning concept for the improvement of a public area at the address: Moscow region, Krasnogorsk city district, Krasnogorsk city, area near the rivers Banka and Sinichka.

The idea of the project is to create a recreational space by the river, using the unique landscape potential of the improvement area. In the “Sinichka” (“Tit”) natural recreation area project, water, greenery and infrastructure come together to offer a palette of opportunities for emotional and physical recovery of people through contact with water.
Along the long promenade, the functional areas of the project are concentrated, offering scenarios for year-round recreation on the river: immersion in water, swimming, contemplation of the “Pond with water lilies”, landscape fitness routes, a picturesque path with water perspectives, playgrounds and sports grounds, cafes. Taking into account the wishes of the residents of Krasnogorsk - regular visitors to the space of improvement - the architectural concept is delicately integrated into the natural environment.
The project is made according to the principle of the plot of a painting, in which the main character is the river, and other elements of the canvas help to reveal its wonderful properties to the viewer.
