Architectural and planning concept for the improvement of Centralnaya Street, Dubna, Moscow Region.

The largest district of Dubna in terms of population, "Thirty", is located on the left bank of the Volga. In its center there is a square with the House of Culture "October" and a green boulevard running along Centralnaya Street towards the Volga and to the modern Dubna Machine-Building factory named after N.P. Fedorov. In the past, the forces of the Dubna Machine-Building factory created significant objects of development and infrastructure of the district: a House of Culture, residential buildings, a maternity hospital, a kindergarten, a club, a factory-kitchen, etc.
The high production culture at the factory gave rise to the desire of its employees to build with the expectation of the future: with the support of education in the humanitarian and scientific fields, the creation of organizations for teaching children music, technical and sports sections, amateur art circles.
The desire of the ancestors of today's residents of the left bank to live in beauty was so strong that they gradually turned the wasteland opposite the factory entrance into a park, planted many trees along roads, sidewalks and in yards, laid out numerous flower beds.
The legacy left by ancestors continues to live, but it's time for a new page to appear in the book about the life of the area. The Tsvetnoy Boulevard project proposes to transform the central part of the “Thirty” district into a public space filled with color, function and meaning.
