Architectural and planning concept for the improvement of the public area near the Savvinsky pond at the address: Moscow region, Balashikha city district, Balashikha, Savvino microdistrict.
The project for the improvement of the space on the two banks of the Savvinsky Pond in the city of Balashikha proposes to transform the existing landscape into a comfortable eco-space. "Islands of nature" in modern cities are of great value. They need to be treated with care: to be preserved and increased. Such a vector of development is especially important in places devoid of a rich historical heritage, but with an industrial history. Such cities always strive to be leaders, to support the development of innovations and advanced ideas. But the latest trends in science and technology are closely related to the concepts of the natural environment and environmental friendliness. World experience shows that a person works more efficiently in contact with nature, when during the day he/she has an opportunity to go out into the fresh air, rest in the shade of trees, listen to birdsongs and the rustle of leaves.
The Savvinsky Pond project encourages human interaction with the environment. A landscaped area becomes a place for people to communicate comfortably with wildlife and, as a result, improves their quality of life, work and leisure.
The idea of the project is based on the “wave effect” – an inevitable and endless cycle of ups and downs, successes and failures, life and death, processes that end in order to start again. The idea of the “wave effect” materializes in the unified style of the landscaped area and is reflected in the appearance of sheds, deck chairs, small architectural forms, footpaths, landscape relief waves, piers for swimming and fishing, decorative framing of the spring and smooth bends of the descent to it.
The advantage in the project is the use of natural materials: wood and sand-gravel mixture. The improvement project creates a comfortable environment for residents and guests of the city to spend time in. The wavy banks of the pond gently and gradually change for people.
